At Luxe Shinee, we strive to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not completely happy with your jewelry, our Refund and Returns Policy is as follows:
1. Return Period
We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. All items must be in their original, unused condition and in the original packaging.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom or personalized jewelry.
- Gift cards.
3. How to Return an Item
To return an item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at info@luxeshinee.com. We will provide instructions on how to send the product back to us.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect item).
5. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the product. We will process the exchange if the item is in stock.
